Our dryer wasn't working today.  I cleaned out lint from the outside vent and pulled the vent duct off to check that.  It was really clean, but the end tore to shreds in an instant with a little too much force.  It's already stretched to the max, so I couldn't make do cutting the bad part off.  Nothing a trip to Menards can't fix.
