Pigeons in Ginza, Japan.

So the canon RAW codec refuses to install on my Dell Mini9 because of "insufficient resolution."  I have some really cool pictures on my DSLR, but I need to find some way to trick the codec to install.

These two cats were howling at each other for a good hour before a neighbor came outside and threw rocks at them.  They weren't overly bothered by being photographed.

Masami and I went to the park near her apartment were we attended a free class on making tea from herbs you grow yourself.  A funny thing happened there.  The sensei asked me to read the scientific name for the Elder Flower we were making tea from.  "Sambucus nigra."  I don't think I did any better than she did pronouncing it, but everyone in the class let out an "Uun, naruhodo" anyway.

Dinner at the izakaya where Masami's sister Aika works.

Masami and I at an all you can eat Chinese buffet in Chinatown, Yokohama.  Banana and her boyfriend Shingo were also there.  They're both a lot of fun.

Out for Yakiniku with Masami, Keiko and her cousin.

Mt. Fuji as seen from Tokyo.

A view from Tamachi, the district in Tokyo which is home to Temple University (among others).

The end of the beach at Kaihin Makuhari.
