So the canon RAW codec refuses to install on my Dell Mini9 because of "insufficient resolution." I have some really cool pictures on my DSLR, but I need to find some way to trick the codec to install.
These two cats were howling at each other for a good hour before a neighbor came outside and threw rocks at them. They weren't overly bothered by being photographed.
Masami and I went to the park near her apartment were we attended a free class on making tea from herbs you grow yourself. A funny thing happened there. The sensei asked me to read the scientific name for the Elder Flower we were making tea from. "Sambucus nigra." I don't think I did any better than she did pronouncing it, but everyone in the class let out an "Uun, naruhodo" anyway.

Masami and I at an all you can eat Chinese buffet in Chinatown, Yokohama. Banana and her boyfriend Shingo were also there. They're both a lot of fun.
It is Coming of Age day in Japan today. Nearly all of the 20 year old young ladies wear a full Kimono, and many of the 20 year old men wear a western style suit, or as in the picture here, a traditional men's kimono.
