The weather was very overcast this morning.  The sun looked more like the moon than itself.

This was the only picture I took today.  I took it with my old cell phone from Japan (which is currently my alarm clock).

This little armored dude looks really prehistoric.  I've been taking quite a number of photos of little critters like this with my T100.  I've realized I don't know the names of almost all of them.

Athletic field behind the Waisman Center.

I love taking panorama shots, but unfortunately my new camera doesn't have many manual controls.  In order to get a good composition, you need to set your camera to full manual and a fixed focus.  You can lock the focus but that's about it on the T100.

How did they get the flower on here?

My toad.

A rare hovering shot.

My toad.

I went for a bike ride today and ended up on the top of a hill just outside Middleton.  There was a great view, but the mosquitoes were pretty nasty.

My toad.

Love is in the air.  At least for little tiny bugs...

A moth.

I found a nice Pickerel frog today at lunch.

I found this toadlet today at the UW Arboretum.

Awesome sky contrast this noon.  This photo isn't the slightest bit edited.

I saw movement on the hardwood floor during the golf tournament and it grabbed my attention.  This caterpillar was making a break for the entertainment center when I convinced him to crawl on my hand.  I took him straight outside and placed him on various things to get a photo.

I like the framing of this picture.

This is my neighbor's dog Jasmine.  She's a tiny little dog, far smaller than a typical cat.

All the grasshoppers living in the rocks around the railroad tracks match the rocks perfectly.

This bird made a home on some pipes at the hospital loading dock.

Waiting for the bus.

Georgia the cat.

The cat brought me a present this afternoon.  The little critter was in bad shape.  I felt sorry for it, so I scooped it up in an empty Wheat-Thins box and brought it outside.  I gently placed the empty box above the mouse as shelter.  A bit later I came back out to check on him and brought him a Pepsi cap full of water.

A young rabbit nibbling our wildflowers.

A butterfly outside Myris' apartment.

Construction outside my office.

Taco night was at Mi Cocina this week.
