On the second day of the camp, we all had a canoe and kayak activity.  I tried the kayak.  Being my first time, it was quite fun.  At first I was totally unstable, and thinking it was only a matter of time before I was upside-down.  But I got the hang of it, and it was a blast.  And no one even fell in!

MOS Burger's delicious "Spicy MOS Cheese Burger." I don't think there are any MOS Burger restaurants in the USA, but I could be wrong.  It's a Japanese company after all.  But here in Japan, it's the best place to get a burger!

Not a super interesting day, I had the day off since I worked on Saturday.  I did some shopping, cleaning, and studying.  Nothing exciting happened to photograph.  So, here I give you a can of cheapo soda.  The art design reminds me of grocery store brands from back home.  By the way, my new glasses should be ready tomorrow!

I got my new glasses today!  What do you think?  Cool?  It's a new look for me.  I've never had this style before.

????????????????

I made stew today.

So this is a weird story.  I got a coffee out of the fridge, and set it on the table.  I didn't open it for quite a while, because I was finishing some emails..  So when I finally got to it, it had condensation all over it.  I thought, "Oh darn, I let it warm up."  But I opened it anyway, and the tab broke off. The entire thing was frozen hard as a rock.  Very strange.

This photo was taken around 1am.  Due to a pizza delivery mishap, mosquitoes got into my apartment.  They were driving my crazy, so in the middle of the night, I went out to the 24 hour drug store and bought some mosquito coils.  They did the trick very well, but I smelled all funky the whole day.

This is where I spent my whole afternoon.  I was doing some intense studying for my Japanese test.  The study regimen I'm on is nearly impossible, but I'm trying.

We're doing something here called, "Sanbonjime."  I don't know how to describe it in English.

???????????

Studying at Coco's restaurant.  They have some really good food.  It will cost you tho.  A $12 dinner alone is a little depressing.  But I got a lot of work done.  And that's the important part.  And studying on my powerbook looks pretty cool.

This is one of my student's artwork.  She's fantastic.  The drawings she spends time on look amazing.  Very professional.

The problem with bicycling, is you have no roof.  I got soaked on the way home from work.

Party at the Rasta Bar.  Everyone thought my Ripobitan D shirt was awesome.

The Statue of Liberty in Akabane.  It stands above a Capsule Hotel.
