It's the last day of school before winter vacation! I expected the students to be excited about some time off of school, but almost everyone said they will be lonely without their classmates. After work today, I went to Chiba city to buy some books. I bought a book on PHP5, written in Japanese (it has to do with building websites), and a book on everyday English/Japanese conversation.

This photo is from the Christmas party my friend held at her apartment. I got to see a few Wisconsin people there which was nice. As you can see, there were more than a few cute Japanese girls there too. ^__^

This is a dinner party in Tokyo. I ordered a turkey dinner! It was great, but nothing like Grandma can make. The taste of turkey really reminded me of Thanksgiving, which as everyone knows is my favorite holiday.

This was too cute! When I noticed this mother and child, I quickly got out my camera and shot off half a dozen pictures. The train was moving, so I was worried I wouldn't get a good shot. But I think I nailed this one. I was really excited when I saw it. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I do.

Today was Gish day. Gish is a video game in which the main character is a 12 pound ball of tar. It was very fun.

It's snowing! This is the first snow of the season for Youkaichiba. I love fresh snow.

A late night trip to the 24 hour convenience store. Disappointingly, whole milk was the only selection available. I can't say I accomplished too much today... Mostly just relaxing in preparation for Near Years Eve tomorrow. I'll be going to Tokyo with some friends, and it should be a good time.

New Years Eve in Tokyo! This is Club Neo in Shibuya. I had a really good time. The music was really popular dance music, just like on "Music One." It was a really awesome night!
